Not only that, but they also helped me file an insurance claim that same day, and tarped the effected area while the claim was being processed. I can’t recommend Golding Companies highly enough. I went from thinking I would need to pay for a brand new roof to having it covered for the price of my deductible. Golding Companies advocated to the insurance company on my behalf and proactively tracked the claim until completion. The quality of the work was top-notch and the new roof looks great. Working with them made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable/less stressful.

Chris Golding is very knowledgeable and skilled in working with home owners insurance companies on behalf of clients seeking to have their roofs replaced. There is often a lot of red tape involved in this and Chris cuts through it like a ninja master! I could never have made progress with my home owners insurance company without him! He's been invaluable to restoring security to me, my family and our home with a fully replaced roof, including replacement of 2 skylights and painting over interior water damage. His employees were efficient and effective in doing all of the necessary exterior and interior work to restore my home's beauty after damage had been sustained from wind and rain storms. Buckey did an great job working with the insurance company both in getting the claim started and the inspection done. Once everything was settled with the insurance company, the roof was done as soon as the weather allowed - shingles delivered one day and the roof installed the next. They even painted all of the roof venting so it matched. When we noticed a water spot on the ceiling, Chris came out to make sure it was an old stain and even had someone come out on a rainy day to verify. Excellent service!

The team at Golding may be young, but they know what they are doing. I like to support local businesses and needed some roof work after the recent high winds. Buckey came out and looked at the roof and said I may actually qualify for a new roof though my insurance. The claims adjuster came out and Buckey was right here with him. By the time the claims adjuster was done, I qualified for the roof replacement and through Chris and Buckey I had a team out at my house the very next week. The team arrived on time, got started quickly upon arrival and the entire job was done by the afternoon. I have a fairly good sized home, so I was extremely impressed with everything being done as quick as it was. When the team left, the only sign anyone had been there was the new roof. From estimate to complete the whole process was done within two weeks and I just could not have asked for a better experience. I do not write reviews often, but this one was well deserved.

Chris and Golding Companies replaced the roof at my house and worked with my home insurance to get that covered. (Yes, that can happen, turns out insurance can actually cover the roof repair or replacement!) From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress free, all my questions addressed, everybody was cordial and knowledgeable, the roof was replaced in one day. What at first seemed like too good to be true:), turned out to be a wonderful experience and result. Aside from the roof, Golding Companies also did trim and fascia board replacement, outside painting, and some other repairs at my house. All done quickly at competitive prices. I will not hesitate to use Golding Companies again and recommend you give them a chance too.

Chris Golding came to inspect our roof and determined it needed to be replaced. A week later he and his crew were here. He actually contacted us to start sooner than planned. They arrived around 1 and were done and one before 6. The crew was super polite and hardworking. The whole thing was smooth start to finish! Would we recommend him again? YES. Was his price fair? YES YES. Amazing!

Golding Companies was wonderful. My garage complex and the rear section of my main house sustained wind damage and needed to be replaced. I was under a huge time crunch because my house was under contract for sale when the damage happened. Golding Companies worked with my insurance company to determine the damage and cost of repairs. By the time my insurance company determined what they would pay on the claim I only had 72 hours until my house was scheduled to close. When I asked Golding Companies if they would be able to replace the roof in that short of a time they said they could. Keep in mind this was on a Friday and my house was scheduled to close on Monday. Chris Golding, the owner of the company, had a full work crew at my house the next day (Saturday) and they did not stop working until the roof was finished that same evening. They not only got the roof on in record time, they did beautiful work and the roof looks fantastic. I really can't imagine another company doing a better job. Every member of the team was highly professional. I could not be more pleased.
